Subject Selections Online

Year 11 2019

Students are able to select their subjects for the following school year using SSO. Subject Selections Online opens at 5pm on Friday 15 June 2018. For instructions and subject information, refer to the Guides below. A deposit of 50% of the subject charges is required to secure your selections (payment methods are detailed in the payment selection report online).  For more information, contact College Administration on 9561 4200. Subject Selections Online closes at 8am on Wednesday 27 June.

Academic Extension Program

The College is offering selected students the opportunity to participate in our Academic Extension Program.  The Program brings together like-minded, highly academically capable students and fosters the development of their talents by giving them real pathways to future tertiary education.  Commencing in Year 7 and continuing through to Year 10, students will experience a highly engaging and challenging program delivered by experienced teachers.  Students are exposed to exciting extra-curricular activities designed to enhance their understanding of the Australian Curriculum, along with excursions & incursions where leadership, self-confidence and problem-solving activities are emphasised.  We have high expectations of the students who are offered places in the Program; progress, behaviour and attendance is closely monitored.  Selection into the Progam is at the discretion of the College and successful applicants must be enrolled at the College through the Enrolment Application process.  To apply:

  1. Read the Information Letter explaining the application process & the documents to be included with the application;
  2. Complete the Application & Teacher Reference Forms (your child's current teacher completes the Reference Form); and
  3. Submit both forms (and copies of the required documents) to Butler College.

Parent Teacher Online

PTO is our online booking system for the parent/teacher evenings held on specific dates in the school year. Click on the logo to make your bookings.
