Enrolments - How to Apply

Enrolment enquiries are welcome at any time during the school year. Download an Application or collect a copy from Administration. Completed applications must be submitted in person to Administration with the required documents. We follow all procedures in accordance with Department of Education policy.

All 'Out of Area' enrolments will be considered; please note the official 'Out of Area' enrolment deadline is 21 July 2023. See below for the local area intake boundary and contact us on 9561 4200 to discuss your circumstances.

Enrolling your child before mid-July helps us plan for the new school year. You'll receive information about our Year 6 Transition events as well as news updates in Term 3 and 4 prior to the new school year. Visit us or call 9561 4200 for further enquiries. 

*this Form must be completed and included with enrolment applications for the Education Support Program.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO ENROL: YEAR 7 2025 + 2026

We are now accepting Expressions of Interest for Year 7 2025 and 2026. Complete the one page form and return it to Butler College Administration.

College Tours

College tours for prospective families are conducted during school terms, Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm to 4:00pm.

Education Support for children with diagnosed disabilities

For further information go to Education Support or download the Education Support Guidelines and Enrolment Documentation Form above. This form must be included with your enrolment application.

Local Area Intake Boundary

To be eligible for enrolment, families must be residing within the boundaries of our Local Intake Area, as determined by the Department of Education. If you are not permanently residing in our local intake area, contact us to discuss your circumstances. All 'out of area' enrolments will be considered.

Student Health Records 

If your child has medical/health conditions, please complete the specific Student Health Forms and provide diagnosis documents with your enrolment application. To learn more, download the Frequently Asked Questions above. Parents are required to update their child's Health Forms at the start of Term 1 each year to ensure our records are up-to-date.
